	Listed below is an urgent plea for support from a local gymnastics team that will be receiving no support from our government, please contact the persons in charge if you feel led to contribute to this cause.

			For eight days during July 2013, Cape Town will host the first International Gymnastics for All (G4L) event on the African continent. Groups from all over the world will participate in this contest, in their quest to be crowned 2013 G4L World Champion.
	2013 World G4L Challenge:
	This will be the second edition of this type of event which was introduced to compliment Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique’s (FIG) Gymnastraeda world program. It allows for gymnasts to participate in groups of all ages and both genders. The competition will only be conducted every four years. Cape Town will host thirty three countries that have entered into the 2013 challenge.The groups’ themed performances will have a maximum duration of five minutes each. Incorporating gymnastic elements and movements; with or without apparatus and being performed to the beat of their chosen music.
	The performances will be evaluated by international judges, based on the following: Entertainment value Overall impression Innovation Originality Variety Technique displayed Safety taken into consideration Concordia Gimnastiek Skool group details: Twenty nine (29) of Concordia Gimnastiek Skool’s gymnasts qualified for this prestigious event The group will be performing under the performance name of Dancing Flames The Dancing Flames routine is a spectacular and modern routine which combines Acrobatic Gymnastics’ technical precision, Tumbling’s flexibility and the grace of dancing Their age group varies from six (6) to thirty nine (39) Dancing Flames qualified for this event with a GOLD MEDAL !! Needs identified: It is, and will always be an expensive exercise to compete in a competition on an international level. To assist these gymnasts to fulfill this dream of competing on international level, we need to fund approximately R3,000-00 per gymnast:
