		SA Crime Check is an online search facility enabling South Africans to conduct a criminal background check on individuals by ID no., Name, Surname or Alleged Offense.
		Where do you get the data for these reports?
		SA Crime Check compiles reports from public record including information provided by local governments. All of the information contained in our reports is part of what is referred to as the “public record.” The general public is also encouraged to list any offenders that they may have had experience with.
		What are the benefits of SACrimeCheck.co.za?
		SACrimeCheck.co.za allows our members to make informed decisions from the search reports on a budget. While most information service providers charge a per report fee, SACrimeCheck.co.za members are allowed unlimited searches for a low monthly rate.
		How do I cancel my membership?
		Our number one goal at SACrimeCheck.co.za is customer satisfaction. If you wish to cancel your membership, feel free to email us at register@new.sacrimecheck.co.za.
		Will I be billed every month for this service?
		The SACrimeCheck.co.za website offers 5 basic membership plans. All membership plans are billed up front for the entire term selected. If you do not wish to continue the SACrimeCheck.co.za then at the end of the selected Plan purchased, you will retain your membership status but further searches will be unavailable until a new package is purchased.
		Can I sign-up over the phone or by fax?
		One may only sign up through the steps provided on the SACrimeCheck.co.za website.
		How do I remove my information from your site?
		If you would like to remove your information from our site, please send an email to us with all your personal information and a consultant will respond to you as soon as possible.
		How do I change the password for my account?
		To update your password information: Log in to your SACrimeCheck.co.za account with your username and password. Click the “Edit Password” on your account profile page. Enter the new password in the appropriate field. Click on “Change Password”.
